Lisa Delarios left her native Texas for New York to pursue stand-up, where she found success in the alternative comedy scene at clubs such as Luna Lounge and Rififi. While in New York, DeLarios dabbled in sketch comedy and as an actor in short films. In 2004, she returned to Texas and refocused her attention on standup, earning third place in the Funniest Person in Texas competition. This spring she will appear on "Live at Gotham."
