Raised in Pomona Ca., Luis came from a family of seven Brothers and Sisters. His deprived up bringing helped him turn tragedy into comedy. Inspired by Rodney Dangerfield, he got the comedy bug straight out of high school. Luis burst onto the comedy scene and quickly became a club favorite. Luis has already had the honor of performing with the likes of Jeff Garcia, Felipe Esparza, Steve Trevino, Eric Blake and was even part of the Latino Laugh Off Tour. He is currently touring around the Country performing at Clubs and Colleges. Luis has found a way to bring his upbringing to life with candid anecdotes from his childhood and uproarious tales of his dealings with the urban city youth of Pomona. In just a brief introduction to stand up, Luis has eclipsed both his family’s expectations and his short-term goals. He is nowhere near slowing down as he intends on joining his childhood idols: Bill Burr, Bill Cosby, Rodney Dangerfield, George Carlin and Richard Pryor, as a household name and National Headliner.

Despite my enjoyment of these great talents, I decided to pursue an unfunny career and left Los Angeles for San Francisco State College to be a lawyer.
