Karen Wyeth was born in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from U.C.L.A., and has worked as an actress in film, television, and theatre. Also a model, she began stand-up comedy while cocktailing at the Comedy Store in Hollywood.
Living in NYC in the 90s, she performed stand-up all over the East coast. She’s appeared on Comedy Central, Oxygen and in Todd Hughes’s feature film, THE NEW WOMEN (DVD) as Sandy. She recently finished her first novel, BAREFOOT ON ASPHALT.
Karen performs stand-up all over the West coast, including the Comedy Store and the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas. She spent the 6th grade in Hawaii, and has traveled in Europe. She studies ballet at Edge in Hollywood.
