Leaving his hometown of Springfield, Missouri, behind for the big city lights, Nik enrolled in The American Academy of Dramatic Arts (West) to pursue his career in Hollywood. He has continued to hone his craft by supplementing his acting and stand-up comic gigs from the teachings of such schools as The Groundlings, ACME Comedy and Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB).
