J. LaLonde has been on the radio since he was 16 years old. He’s been heard in Southern Oregon, Eugene, Seattle, New Orleans, Miami, Palm Beach, The Keys and Knoxville. His show features guests like Presidential Candidates, Rockstars, Oscar-winning actors & Hall of Fame athletes. Weekdays he and his crew dissect the human condition and champion the modern day conquests of men.
Outside of the studio you can see J. LaLonde in venues around the nation where he’s performed with Louis C.K., Ralphie May, Carl Labove, Jon Reep, Bert Kreischer, Steve Byrne, Doug Stanhope, April Macie, Jim Breuer and many more. From comedy clubs in Seattle to the Lincoln Theatre at the South Beach Comedy Festival, J’s irrational voice of reason has questioned the rationality of relationships, politics, pop-culture and religion.
He’s produced, written and acted in countless TV & Radio campaigns, including Toyota, BMW, Budweiser, Direct TV, HBO, Sprint and Coca Cola. He’s also contributed editorials for publications like Live On-Stage, Unrestricted Sports and South Florida Adventure magazine.
J. LaLonde also acted in hit indie film Sullen which won Best Short-Feature in the Seattle True Independent Film Festival. Recently he became the face of Ritchie Powersports.
The J Show was last heard on WNFZ 94.3 The X, Knoxville's Rock Station. The show is rated #1 among M18-24, M18-34, M18-44, and #2 M18-49 & P18-34 (Arbitron Spring 2010).
