MIKE HOVER to put it simply, is a geek. But don’t be fooled, this geek goes outside, experiences the world, and then pokes fun of it in his journal. Mike’s comedy celebrates what it means to be a geek, nerd, and everything in between in this digital age. A big kid pretending to be an adult, Mike’s off kilter observations, crowd interaction, and physical comedy offers a little something for everyone. Who doesn’t like a lovable geek?
Mike’s background includes improvisation, being a member of the Sunday Team at ComedySportz LA and the short lived Insults To Injury Improv Troupe. Mike also co-created the musical comedy duo Picard Maneuver, singing songs and spining tales of being geeks. As an up and coming comic/actor Mike has performed all over the Western U.S. and has been featured on stupidvideos.com and an episode of The Wanda Sykes Show. He has seen the film Spaceballs over 30 times which makes his Bachelor’s degree in film smile a little.
