Born and raised on the rough streets of Brooklyn, New York. Realizing early that he'd better work hard or wind up in the projects, which were directly across the street, he decided to pursue comedy. After paying many dues, Reggie soon became a top favorite in The Big Apple. His big break surfaced in 1991 when the producers of HBO's Def Comedy jam, booked him on their show. He was an instant success. Upon moving to LA, Reggie landed a role on the FOX network hit show "Martin." Many guest starring roles followed: "Hanging with Mr. Cooper," "Moesha," "Coach and a Gun," (ABC miniseries) to name a few. In 1992, he became the newest member on the FOX hit sketch comedy show "In Living Color."
