Born and raised in Muskego, Wisconsin, Lang keeps audiences doubled over with laughter when she describes how hard it is for a backwoods girl to be feminine. “Yeah, I played with Barbie, I dressed her in camouflage and had Ken set the dinner table for once!"
Lang Parker came to national attention on the Emmy-nominated NBC show Last Comic Standing. She floored judges when she came out in her rough tomboy attire and asked, “Have you ever been mistaken for a lesbian?”
Lang’s television credits include: Beverly Hills 90210,The Ellen Show, a just-completed-pilot for a Network called Women’s Work, and over two dozen National Commercials. She was also the winner of California’s Funniest Female Contest and she just returned from a USO tour, making our armed forces howl with laughter in Afghanistan.
In addition to her busy career she still makes time for her self- produced monthly event called “West of the 405 Comedy Show” which she felt a need to pay it forward in laughter after the USO tour in Afghanistan.
