Ralph Figueroa: Ralph Figueroa, was born and raised in La Puente, CA by two very loving and hard working parents. This half-Mexican, half-Salvadoran, U.S. Army veteran joined the military at the age of 17 and proudly served his country for 12 years! During his stint in the military, he also found time to attend college at UCLA, Cal State Long Beach and Cal Poly Pomona, eventually becoming a 2nd grade teacher.
Ralph picked up the microphone for the first time in January of 2010 and has since been one of the hardest working comics in the L.A. comedy circuit. He’s worked at various venues throughout California, from San Diego to Fresno and San Jose. Ralph has been featured at The Ice House, The Laugh Factory and the Brea, Ontario, Irvine, San Jose and Hollywood Improv’s opening for some of the biggest names in comedy today.
Ralph has risen quickly through the comedy ranks due to his comedic story telling with attention to detail that will have you laughing out loud. He aspires to someday headline a comedy special of his own and will succeed through his work ethic and perseverance. Tyler Boeh: Tyler Boeh is professionally funny. He started performing stand-up in Portland, OR and he proved himself as a young but formidable comedian by taking 4th place in the month-long Seattle International Comedy Competition less than two years into his comedy career. Shortly following the competition, Tyler was featured in an article in Horizon Air Magazine about how comedians don’t have to move away from the NW to have a successful career in comedy. By the time the article was published, Tyler had moved away from the NW in hopes of having a successful career in comedy.
Tyler made the move to Boston, MA, where he would spend the next four years continuing to hone his craft. He quickly became a favorite on the Boston scene, but continued to work the road, staying busy performing at clubs across the country. In September of 2008 Tyler participated in the prestigious San Francisco International Comedy Competition where he took 3rd place. Boeh was also a semi-finalist in the Boston Comedy Festival in both 2008 and 2009. In 2009 he was featured on an episode of the second season of NESN’s Comedy All-Stars. In 2011 Tyler had had enough of New England’s winters and decided it was time for another cross-country move.
Now back on the west coast, living in L.A., Boeh is rapidly establishing himself at the top clubs in Hollywood. With a background in improv and a love for writing, Tyler’s act is fast paced with a shotgun delivery. His comedy can be described as high-energy, intelligent, physical, and silly. Tyler has a balance of west coast charm and east coast attitude and has performed across the country from Portland, OR to Portland, ME, so whether he is on the small stage of an intimate comedy club or performing at a theater, Tyler is comfortable, confident, and hilarious. He uses his quick wit and celebrated talent of “beatboxing” to bring audiences to hysterical heights.
