Described by author Mark London Williams as "The keen eye of Lenny Bruce with Charles Bukowski's raunchy appetite"...even his clean act may leave you uncomfortable...

Steven Lolli began earning his underground status as the only white, Jewish comedian in Black comedy clubs in south LA in early 2002. Lolli, who found it impossible to tolerate Hollywood’s comedy clubs, ventured to a different side of town and became an irregular act in front of an unlikely audience gaining him cult status in LA when he was eventually chosen as a creative collaborator by Katt Williams in 2007.

The collaboration with Williams led Lolli to be featured as himself in” Katt Williams: 9 Lives” (2010) with Williams calling Lolli “Urban Jew” and later appearing in NBC's Betty White's "Off Their Rockers" (2011)

Lolli released his first stand up DVD in 2012. It’s essentially a series of footage from live performances from a decade in LA's underground black clubs and juke joints.

2013 saw Steven Lolli write and co-direct the hilarious short film "Yoga Ho" and in 2014 his “High Class Poverty” Tour took flight into preforming arts centers across the U.S. The final concert of the 2015 tour was recorded and yeilded the CD "Accidentally Funny" now available for download on iTunes, Amazon & Spotify.
