Comedienne August O'Neal She started her comedy career in 2013, wowing audiences ever since. She likes to call her comedy style very adult. So if you have a stick up your butt, it will be sure to fall out during her set. You may have seen her at Women in Comedy Festival, Ventura Comedy Festival, The World Famous Comedy Store, The Funny Bone. Word of mouth about her comedy style and her outfits is bringing all of the boys, and some girls, to the yard. As a kid, I always liked comedy and would listen to albums by George Carlin, Bob Newhart, Bill Cosby, and Lenny Bruce. Despite my enjoyment of these great talents, I decided to pursue an unfunny career and left Los Angeles for San Francisco State College to be a lawyer. When that did not hold my attention, I switched majors and ended up getting a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.
